HOW TO BUY?

1. Choose a product

Most of the items in our online store are almost new, unpacked, or damaged. The functionality of the product has been verified by our experts and the description of each product mentions its visual and functional condition. New products are covered by the relevant manufacturer warranty for 12-24 months, depending on the product.

2. Pay for the product

Payment can be made via internet banking or by payment card when receiving the product in person at Nulpes Street 27, Riga. It is not possible to pay for products with cash.

3. Receive the product

The goods can be received at the utrupe.lv point of sale where the goods are located, at Omniva parcel machines or by courier to the selected address. When ordering a product, it is necessary to indicate the desired way of receiving the product.

DELIVERY

Receiving the product at the branch where it is located

Payment at the branch, with a payment card (we do not accept cash);
Free of charge;
Receive on the same day, during the business hours of the branch.

Receiving the product at the Omniva parcel machine of your choice

Pay remotely;
Within 2-3 business days, unless a different delivery time is specified for the selected product(s). We will notify you electronically by e-mail or by sending you a text message (SMS);
On weekdays from 8:00 to 20:00;
Delivery to Omniva parcel machines is only possible if the products do not exceed the specified dimensions (39 x 38 x 64) and weight (up to 30 kg) of the consignment;
Delivery costs to a parcel machine in Latvia: 3.00-5.00 EUR (including VAT) depending on the weight and size of the consignment;
Delivery costs to a parcel machine in Lithuania and Estonia: 6.00-8.00 EUR (including VAT) depending on the weight and size of the consignment;
Delivery costs are indicated when ordering products.

Delivery of the product by courier to the address of your choice

Pay remotely;
Within 2-3 business days, unless a different delivery time is specified for the selected product(s). We will notify you electronically by e-mail or by sending you a text message (SMS);
On weekdays from 8:00 to 20:00;
Courier delivery is available in Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania;
The cost of the service depends on the place of delivery and the weight of the product;
The maximum amount that can be delivered by a single courier is up to 800 kg and 3.20 m³;
The doorstep delivery / unloading service and its cost is agreed upon separately for each specific delivery.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS AND WARRANTY

For the products purchased in stores and online store of SIA “Konsultatīvā sabiedrība “Conventus”” (hereinafter referred to as Utrupe), registration No.: 40003428538, (hereinafter referred to as the Product), the guarantee of conformity of the product provided by law (hereinafter referred to as the Warranty) is provided.

A consumer’s subjective opinion about a product, its features or its performance (liking, disliking) cannot be used as a basis for considering that the product does not comply with the terms of the contract. For example, “I don’t like the smell of the perfume”, “The wool sweater is itchy”, “The product looked different on the monitor”, etc. Such reasons will not be considered valid and compliant with the terms of the warranty.

The product may be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, which may have a longer term than that specified in these terms and conditions. The manufacturer’s warranty must be used in accordance with these warranty conditions and the conditions of validity and use of the warranty as defined by the manufacturer.

In the case of a distance purchase, the date of receipt of the Product is considered to be the date of purchase.

The warranty applies to new goods received in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Conditions for applying the warranty:

A clearly identifiable defect in the Product which is not the result of improper use. It is possible to exchange the product at the Utrupe point of sale;
The defect is not detectable at the Utrupe point of sale or does not occur regularly and is not the result of improper use. Utrupe provides free diagnostics of the product and elimination of defects by submitting the product at the Utrupe point of sale at Nulpes Street 27, Riga;
As a result of a defect in the Product that has not occurred as a result of improper use and cannot be repaired or replaced with another product, Utrupe returns the value of the Product in the same amount as the payment for the product was made.

To claim a Warranty event, the customer must submit the following:

Invoice for the purchase of the Product, electronically or in printed form (in cases where payment for the goods was made remotely);
Electronic cash register (ECR) receipt for the purchase of the Product, in cases where payment has been made at the Utrupe point of sale.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Based on the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Latvia “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts”, the customer has the right to refuse the product purchased from shop.utrupe.lv within 14 (fourteen) calendar days and return it to the seller without stating the reason for withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will expire 14 days after the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you took possession of the production.

To comply with the term of the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient if you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the right of withdrawal. During the period of exercising the right of withdrawal, you have the right to use the product to the extent necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, to the extent that this could be done before purchasing the product in a regular store. By exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for using the product beyond what is intended to test the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. You are responsible for the use of the product during the term of the right of withdrawal, which is incompatible with the principle of good faith, as well as for the reduction of the value, quality and safety of the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

Send an e-mail informing about the return of the Product to info@utrupe.lv. The following information shall be provided in the notice of withdrawal: Buyer’s name, surname, and number of the proof of purchase – invoice.
Take the product and proof of purchase to the Utrupe point of sale or arrange with us to send the product back by courier (you will have to cover the delivery costs).

Important! The product must be complete, as it was purchased!

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction.

Paragraph 22 of Cabinet Regulation No. 255 Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts adopted on 20 May 2014 stipulates that the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if:

the price of goods or service depends on fluctuations in the financial market, which the seller or the service provider cannot reasonably control and which may occur during the period of the right of withdrawal;
the goods are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised;
the goods are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
the consumer has unsealed the packaging for goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. electric toothbrush, epilator, electric shaver, beard/hair trimmer, electric hair clipper, hair straighteners, underwear, socks and tights, perfume, in-ear headphones and other similar products);
the goods are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
the consumer has opened sealed audio or sealed video recordings, or sealed software.
